Challabrook - Bovey Tracey
Challabrook (BT3) is a large site to the west of Bovey Tracey.
The allocation in the adopted Teignbridge District Council Local Plan is for the delivery of up to 270 dwellings and 1.2 hectares of land for office, general industrial or storage and distribution.
Over the past three years Rule Five Land has worked with the land owners, Teignbridge District Council, numerous Technical Consultants, and the Local Community resulting in the approval by Teignbridge District Council of the Masterplan (Development Framework Plan) for the whole site on 20th September 2016.
In August 2017 Rule Five Land made a Planning Application and is currently working together with Teignbridge District Council, technical consultants, statutory consultees and a developer to bring forward first phase of this development.
